Commitments can be broken easily. They can be victims of circumstance, just as easily as they can be victims of a lack of personal motivation. This commitment, however, just happened to be a victim of circumstance. Since there is no wi-fi available at my current location, I will just have to make due and post my daily banter and onslaught of pictures when it is made available. Now that I have told you about the grave situation (not really I just like using the word grave; it’s not like I’ll wither away without the internet) that has been presented, I guess it would be best to start with today’s events.
Today the parental unit and I made a 12 hour drive to Las Cruces, New Mexico to visit my grandparents. We made our way through California and Arizona if basic elementary geography serves me correctly. It went by relatively fast given that there was a landscape of big beautiful nothingness. My dad and I relayed songs back and forth which is always fun. We listened to Bob Dylan(and The Band of course), Lou Reed, Donovan, The Decemberists, The Flaming Lips, The Buzzcocks and an assortment of other artists.

Besides doing that I took it upon myself to take pictures of people being busted by cops. Illegal? Maybe. It’s like a more fun version of the license plate game except you get your kicks off people getting into car wrecks or just getting apprehended for speeding. I guess this is the start of a new photo collection, my last one being random nuns doing everyday things (most to all of the pictures were cultivated in Italy). Both photo collections are both without a doubt tacky. I really want to get a picture of a car wreck, as terrible as that sounds. It would be like finding Hawaii in the license plate game.
None of these pictures are good but here they are:

Then we arrived at my grandfather's house and here are some of his digs:

He just got new carpet and it's like stepping on clouds I tell you. So good.
