TELEVISION - MARQUEE MOON

I first heard of Television in the eighth grade. I was in love with Richard Hell & the Voidoids, and was informed that Richard Hell was in Television for a brief time. I guess he either quit or got kicked out because of creative control? It doesn't matter. Because the album is beyond excellent without regards to that fact.
I consider this to be one of the best post-punk albums (also one of the first) with excellent guitar riffs. Richard Lloyd's riffs verge on psychedelic at times, and are really intricate for the most part. Tom Verlaine's (at times swooning) voice intertwines with the guitar on such a spectacular level. I just love this album, that's all I can say.
